At Vael Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only if:
- The item was damaged during delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
- Minor color or size variations due to screen settings or manual measurements.
- Products without original packaging.
- Return requests made after the 3-day return window.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Vael Decor, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be sent via JazzCash or bank transfer.
- Advance payment orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
