Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, Vael Decor may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.
Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the provided shipping address.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
